256MB DDR2 SGRAM in BGA chips. 400 (800) MHz memory clock.
128-bit bus;
Peak fill rate in the multitexturing mode without optimizations is 2800 megapixels/sec and 2800 megatexels/sec.

By the end of the month the product costs about $110-120, supports DirectX 9.0c (SM3.0).

This Low-End novelty was released in November 2005 to compete with ATI X1300.
