Working principle:

XSG seires spin flash dryer is a continuous flash drying processor with desintegrator which has been extensively used for drying damp and sticky filter cake and paste materials in chemical and food industry.

Wet material is fed into the drying chambr via screw feeder and drop onto a high speed rotating desintegrator which will completely crush and disperse the wet bumps into fine particles. Meanwhile, heated and filtered hot air is blown swirly into the drying chamber from the bottom to form a strong swirl air flow. This strong air flow transports the fine particles through the cylindrical drying chamber, during which heat transfer happens and moisture evaporates. Dried product is separated and collected by cyclone and/or bag filters. Damp air is exhausted by the fan.
